In the event of complaints, reclamations, queries and/or dispatch of brochures, personal information such as name, address, and telephone number is disclosed solely within Merz Pharmaceuticals GmbH (Merz) and its affiliated companies. All use of personal data is strictly confined to internal data processing in compliance with regulations laid out within the German data protection laws. Merz will not disclose trade, transfer and/or sell any personal data to third parties without explicit prior permission by the user. This Privacy Policy outlines the kind of information Merz may collect while you visit our website and how Merz uses such information.
